Rubber Nylon Sandwich Belts---Flat belts traction core and Rubber friction cover Are almost elongation free, therefore, no need of retensioning, but for exceptional cases.
Absorbs shocks and peak loads because of resilience of polyamide sheet ensuring machinery protection.
Are light weight hence reduce bearing loads prolonging the bearing life. High co-efficient of friction gives better gripping properties. High flexibility allows the use of smaller pulley diameters. Easy and time-saving joining minimizes inventory costs.
